真菌生態(tài)學(xué)出版關(guān)于真菌生態(tài)學(xué)所有方面的研究報(bào)告，包括以下方面(不獨(dú)家):種群動(dòng)態(tài);適應(yīng);進(jìn)化;在生態(tài)系統(tǒng)功能、營養(yǎng)循環(huán)、分解、碳分配中的作用;生態(tài)生理學(xué);真菌-植物(病原體、菌根、地衣、內(nèi)生菌)、真菌-無脊椎動(dòng)物和真菌-微生物的相互作用;基因組學(xué)和(進(jìn)化)遺傳學(xué);保護(hù)和生物多樣性;遙感;生物修復(fù)和生物降解;定量和計(jì)算方面-建模，指標(biāo)，復(fù)雜性，信息學(xué)。發(fā)表論文的先決條件通常是原創(chuàng)性、清晰性和與更好地理解真菌生態(tài)學(xué)相關(guān)的意義。

Fungal Ecology publishes investigations into all aspects of fungal ecology, including the following (not exclusive): population dynamics; adaptation; evolution; role in ecosystem functioning, nutrient cycling, decomposition, carbon allocation; ecophysiology; intra- and inter-specific mycelial interactions, fungus-plant (pathogens, mycorrhizas, lichens, endophytes), fungus-invertebrate and fungus-microbe interaction; genomics and (evolutionary) genetics; conservation and biodiversity; remote sensing; bioremediation and biodegradation; quantitative and computational aspects - modelling, indicators, complexity, informatics. The usual prerequisites for publication will be originality, clarity, and significance as relevant to a better understanding of the ecology of fungi.
