《生物數(shù)據(jù)挖掘》是一本開放獲取、開放的同行評議期刊，涵蓋了應(yīng)用于高維生物和生物醫(yī)學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)的數(shù)據(jù)挖掘的所有方面的研究，側(cè)重于大規(guī)模遺傳、轉(zhuǎn)錄組、基因組、蛋白質(zhì)組和代謝組數(shù)據(jù)的知識發(fā)現(xiàn)的計算方面。

BioData Mining is an open access, open peer-reviewed journal encompassing research on all aspects of data mining applied to high-dimensional biological and biomedical data, focusing on computational aspects of knowledge discovery from large-scale genetic, transcriptomic, genomic, proteomic, and metabolomic data.
