《免疫學(xué)前沿》是一份經(jīng)過同行評審的開放獲取期刊，也是國際免疫學(xué)會聯(lián)盟(IUIS)的官方期刊。它提供了一種新的方式來傳播免疫學(xué)基礎(chǔ)和轉(zhuǎn)化研究的最新發(fā)現(xiàn)，并促進(jìn)科學(xué)家之間以及整個社區(qū)之間的交流。《免疫學(xué)前沿》旨在發(fā)表涵蓋整個免疫學(xué)領(lǐng)域的最杰出的研究成果。除了研究免疫系統(tǒng)發(fā)育和功能的基本機(jī)制的論文外，還特別強(qiáng)調(diào)了對人類免疫疾病的臨床和免疫表型的描述，以及對其分子基礎(chǔ)的定義。此外，越來越多的生物藥物的可用性，加上對疾病分子機(jī)制的精細(xì)描述，現(xiàn)在已使精確醫(yī)學(xué)成為許多免疫性疾病的理想方法。免疫學(xué)前沿旨在描述科學(xué)知識和技術(shù)的進(jìn)步如何轉(zhuǎn)化為診斷和治療免疫疾病的新方法，無論是在動物和細(xì)胞模型中，還是在人類中。所有提交給《免疫學(xué)前沿》的關(guān)于人體研究報告的手稿都必須符合現(xiàn)行法規(guī)和《赫爾辛基宣言》，并且必須得到機(jī)構(gòu)審查委員會的批準(zhǔn)和患者知情同意。涉及動物的研究需要獲得動物福利和倫理委員會的批準(zhǔn)。免疫學(xué)前沿被組織成涵蓋免疫學(xué)研究不同領(lǐng)域的專業(yè)部門。關(guān)于文章類型和提交過程的詳細(xì)信息，作者應(yīng)該參考作者指南。

Frontiers in Immunology is a peer-reviewed Open Access Journal, and the official Journal of theInternational Union of Immunological Societies (IUIS). It provides a novel way to disseminate the latest findings in basic and translational research in Immunology and to facilitate communication, both among scientists as well as the community at large.Frontiers in Immunology aims to publish the most outstanding research findings encompassing the entire field of Immunology. In addition to papers that investigate basic mechanisms of immune system development and function, a particular emphasis is given to the description of the clinical and immunological phenotype of human immune disorders, and on the definition of their molecular basis. Furthermore, availability of a growing number of biological drugs, coupled with fine characterization of the molecular mechanisms of disease, has now made precision medicine a desirable approach for many immunological disorders. Frontiers in Immunology intends to portray how advances of scientific knowledge and technology may translate into novel approaches to diagnosis and treatment of immune disorders, both in animal and cellular models and in humans.All manuscripts submitted to Frontiers in Immunology that report on studies conducted in human subjects must conform with current regulation and the Declaration of Helsinki, and must receive approval from the Institutional Review Board and patient informed consent. Animal welfare and Ethics Committee approval is required for studies involving animals.Frontiers in Immunology is organized into Specialty Sections that cover different areas of research in Immunology. Authors should refer to the author guidelines for details on article types and the submission process.
