異種生物包括三個(gè)主要領(lǐng)域：一般異種生物化學(xué)，包括動(dòng)物、植物和微生物中藥物和環(huán)境化學(xué)物質(zhì)的代謝和處置以及相關(guān)方法學(xué)；分子毒理學(xué)，關(guān)于毒性機(jī)制和分子水平毒理學(xué)研究；臨床藥代動(dòng)力學(xué)ND代謝，主要研究外源化合物在人體內(nèi)的藥動(dòng)學(xué)行為。異種生物與國(guó)際異種生物研究學(xué)會(huì)之間建立了密切聯(lián)系，引起了該雜志的專題報(bào)道。

　　英文簡(jiǎn)介

Xenobiotica covers three main areas: general xenobiochemistry, including the metabolism and disposition of drugs and environmental chemicals in animals, plants and micro-organisms, and the related methodology; molecular toxicology, concerning mechanisms of toxicity and the study of toxicology at the molecular level; and clinical pharmacokinetics and metabolism, focusing on the pharmacokinetic behavior of foreign compounds in man. A close liaison between Xenobiotica and the International Society for the Study of Xenobiotics has been established, giving rise to special issues of the journal.
