分子和細(xì)胞內(nèi)分泌學(xué)成立于1974年,是為了滿足對(duì)與細(xì)胞外信號(hào)(激素、神經(jīng)遞質(zhì)等)的生化作用、合成和分泌有關(guān)的所有方面的綜合性出版物的需求,以及對(duì)激素控制所涉及的細(xì)胞調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)制的理解。該雜志通過(guò)發(fā)表完整的原創(chuàng)研究論文、快速論文、邀請(qǐng)?jiān)u論、前沿文章和書評(píng)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo)。范圍包括所有與內(nèi)分泌研究和細(xì)胞調(diào)節(jié)的生物化學(xué)和分子方面有關(guān)的學(xué)科。這些包括:(1)細(xì)胞外信號(hào)的作用機(jī)制(激素、神經(jīng)遞質(zhì)、等等),(2)這些因素與受體的相互作用,(3)生成、行動(dòng)和環(huán)核苷酸等細(xì)胞內(nèi)信號(hào)的作用和鈣,(4)hormone-regulated基因表達(dá),(5)的結(jié)構(gòu)和物理化學(xué)性質(zhì)激素,激素受體和其他hormone-binding組件(6)合成、分泌,代謝和失活的激素,神經(jīng)遞質(zhì),等等。(7)激素控制的區(qū)別,(8)相關(guān)控制機(jī)制在非哺乳類系統(tǒng)中,(9)的方法論和理論方面相關(guān)激素的控制過(guò)程,(10)臨床研究到他們把新的基礎(chǔ)研究在這一領(lǐng)域,(11)控制的中間代謝在細(xì)胞水平上,(12)超微結(jié)構(gòu)方面相關(guān)的激素分泌和行動(dòng)。

Molecular and Cellular Endocrinology was established in 1974 to meet the demand for integrated publication on all aspects related to the biochemical effects, synthesis and secretions of extracellular signals (hormones, neurotransmitters, etc.) and to the understanding of cellular regulatory mechanisms involved in hormonal control. The journal is fulfilling this aim by publishing full-length original research papers, rapid papers, invited reviews, At the Cutting Edge essays, and book reviews.The scope encompasses all subjects related to biochemical and molecular aspects of endocrine research and cell regulation. These include: (1) mechanisms of action of extracellular signals (hormones, neurotransmitters, etc.), (2) interaction of these factors with receptors, (3) generation, action and role of intracellular signals such as cyclic nucleotides and calcium, (4) hormone-regulated gene expression, (5) structure and physicochemical properties of hormones, hormone receptors and other hormone-binding components, (6) synthesis, secretion, metabolism and inactivation of hormones, neurotransmitters, etc. (7) hormonal control of differentiation, (8) related control mechanisms in non-mammalian systems, (9) methodological and theoretical aspects related to hormonal control processes, (10) clinical studies as far as they throw new light on basic research in this field, (11) control of intermediary metabolism at the cellular level, (12) ultrastructural aspects related to hormone secretion and action.
