ACM通訊是計算機械協會（ACM）的月刊。它成立于1958年，由索爾·羅森擔任第一任總編輯。它被發送給所有ACM成員。文章是為具有計算機科學和信息系統所有領域背景的讀者準備的。重點是信息技術進步和相關管理問題的實際影響；ACM還出版各種更理論的期刊。該雜志跨越了科學雜志、貿易雜志和科學雜志的邊界。雖然內容是同行評審，發表的文章往往是研究的總結，也可以發表在別處。出版的材料必須易于獲取，并與廣大讀者相關。從1960年起，CACM還出版了用ALGOL表示的算法。算法的收集后來被稱為ACM的收集算法。

Communications of the ACM is the monthly journal of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM). It was established in 1958, with Saul Rosen as its first managing editor. It is sent to all ACM members. Articles are intended for readers with backgrounds in all areas of computer science and information systems. The focus is on the practical implications of advances in information technology and associated management issues; ACM also publishes a variety of more theoretical journals.The magazine straddles the boundary of a science magazine, trade magazine, and a scientific journal. While the content is subject to peer review, the articles published are often summaries of research that may also be published elsewhere.Material published must be accessible and relevant to a broad readership.From 1960 onward, CACM also published algorithms, expressed in ALGOL. The collection of algorithms later became known as the Collected Algorithms of the ACM.
