本雜志以人工智能和神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)研究為重點(diǎn)，探討了涉及現(xiàn)實(shí)制造、國防、管理、政府和工業(yè)問題解決方案的問題，這些問題太復(fù)雜，無法通過常規(guī)方法解決，需要模擬智能思維過程、啟發(fā)式、應(yīng)用程序。知識的應(yīng)用，分布式并行處理。在解決復(fù)雜問題時，這些多種方法的結(jié)合尤為重要。該雜志介紹了新的和原始的研究和技術(shù)發(fā)展，解決了實(shí)際和復(fù)雜的問題，適用于困難的問題。它為國際社會交流科學(xué)研究和技術(shù)成果提供了媒介。

With a focus on research in artificial intelligence and neural networks, this journal addresses issues involving solutions of real-life manufacturing, defense, management, government and industrial problems which are too complex to be solved through conventional approaches and require the simulation of intelligent thought processes, heuristics, applications of knowledge, and distributed and parallel processing. The integration of these multiple approaches in solving complex problems is of particular importance.The journal presents new and original research and technological developments, addressing real and complex issues applicable to difficult problems. It provides a medium for exchanging scientific research and technological achievements accomplished by the international community.
