功能整合基因組學(xué)致力于基因組及其功能的大規(guī)模研究，包括生物過程的系統(tǒng)分析。該雜志將為研究界提供一個(gè)綜合平臺(tái)，讓研究人員能夠分享、回顧和討論他們?cè)谥匾�生物學(xué)問題上的發(fā)現(xiàn)，這些問題最終將使我們能夠回答基本問題:基因組是如何工作的?主題包括但不限于:模型和復(fù)雜生物體的全基因組分析基因組學(xué)(結(jié)構(gòu)、比較、綜合)和生物信息學(xué)蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)與代謝組學(xué)(功能整合)宏基因組Ionomics生物系統(tǒng)的大規(guī)模/高通量分析重點(diǎn)將放在使用大規(guī)模系統(tǒng)和方法處理重要生物學(xué)問題的手稿上。歡迎對(duì)細(xì)菌、真菌、原生生物、植物和動(dòng)物基因組進(jìn)行研究。描述新的基因組工具和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的論文也將被考慮出版。

Functional & Integrative Genomics is devoted to large-scale studies of genomes and their functions, including systems analyses of biological processes. The journal will provide the research community an integrated platform where researchers can share, review and discuss their findings on important biological questions that will ultimately enable us to answer the fundamental question: How do genomes work? Topics covered include but are not limited to: Whole genome analyses of model and complex organisms Genomics (Structural, comparative, integrative) and bioinformatics Proteomics and Metabolomics (integrated with function) Metagenomics Ionomics Large-scale/high-throughput analysis of biological systemsEmphasis will be placed on manuscripts addressing important biological problems using large-scale systems and approaches. Studies on bacterial, fungal, protista, plant and animal genomes are welcome. Papers describing new genomics tools and databases will also be considered for publication.
