《地震工程與工程振動》是由中國地震局工程力學研究所、中國地震局多學科地震工程研究中心、紐約州立大學布法羅分校聯合主辦的國際期刊。它促進中外科學家和工程師之間的科學交流，以改進地震災害減輕、準備和恢復的理論和實踐。該期刊關注地震工程的各個方面，包括地震學、海嘯、地面運動特征、土壤和地基動力學、波浪傳播、動力分析的概率和確定性方法、結構的行為，以及與實踐工程師相關的結構抗震設計和改造方法。它包括抗震規范要求，以及補充的能量耗散，基礎隔震和結構控制。

Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Vibration is an international journal sponsored by the Institute of Engineering Mechanics (IEM), China Earthquake Administration in cooperation with the Multidisciplinary Center for Earthquake Engineering Research (MCEER), and State University of New York at Buffalo. It promotes scientific exchange between Chinese and foreign scientists and engineers, to improve the theory and practice of earthquake hazards mitigation, preparedness, and recovery.The journal focuses on earthquake engineering in all aspects, including seismology, tsunamis, ground motion characteristics, soil and foundation dynamics, wave propagation, probabilistic and deterministic methods of dynamic analysis, behavior of structures, and methods for earthquake resistant design and retrofit of structures that are germane to practicing engineers. It includes seismic code requirements, as well as supplemental energy dissipation, base isolation, and structural control.
