代謝組學(xué)將在以下領(lǐng)域發(fā)表大量當(dāng)前最重要的研究成果:代謝組學(xué)的各種技術(shù)平臺開發(fā)、代謝產(chǎn)物目標(biāo)分析、代謝側(cè)寫和代謝指紋圖譜;改進(jìn)數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)備、存儲、管理和分析;比較轉(zhuǎn)錄組學(xué)和蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)的綜合研究，包括在系統(tǒng)生物學(xué)的背景下;以及代謝組學(xué)在人、動物、植物等方面的應(yīng)用。

Metabolomics will publish a substantial share of the most significant current research in the areas of: various technology platform development for metabolomics, metabolite target analysis, metabolic profiling, and metabolic fingerprinting; improvements in data preparation, storage, curation and analyses; comparative integrated studies with transcriptomics and proteomics including within a systems biology context; and the application of metabolomics as it relates to man, animals, plants.
