《x射線科學與技術雜志》是一份國際期刊，面向不同的社區(生物醫學、工業和學術)，面向新型x射線成像技術的用戶和開發者。該期刊的目的是為該領域的新發展和應用提供明確和全面的報道。等領域x射線顯微光刻法,x射線天文學和醫用x射線成像以及新技術領域帶來傳統上認為無關的x射線(半導體加工、加速器技術、電離和非電離醫療診斷和治療模式,等等)研究帶來了機會,可以迎接新挑戰的出現。在該期刊范圍內的研究領域包括:x射線與物質的相互作用:x射線現象，輻射的生物學效應，輻射安全性和光學常數x射線源:來自同步加速器、x射線激光器、等離子體和其他常規或非常規源的x射線光學元件:掠入射光學、多層反射鏡、區域板、光柵、其他衍射光學元件光學儀器:干涉儀、光譜儀、顯微鏡、望遠鏡、探針探測器:CCD陣列、位置敏感探測器、平板探測器及顯示設備、閃爍體醫學成像方式:模擬和數字放射學、x射線計算機斷層攝影、放射性核素成像、磁共振成像、超聲、光學等醫學成像方式x射線成像技術和信號處理:編碼成像、層析成像、全息術、醫學圖像處理和計算機輔助診斷(CAD)應用領域:分析、無損檢測、微電子學、生物/醫學診斷與治療、x射線天文學、材料與表面科學相關議題及未來趨勢

The Journal of X-Ray Science and Technology is an international journal designed for the diverse community (biomedical, industrial and academic) of users and developers of novel x-ray imaging techniques. The purpose of the journal is to provide clear and full coverage of new developments and applications in the field. Areas such as x-ray microlithography, x-ray astronomy and medical x-ray imaging as well as new technologies arising from fields traditionally considered unrelated to x rays (semiconductor processing, accelerator technology, ionizing and non-ionizing medical diagnostic and therapeutic modalities, etc.) present opportunities for research that can meet new challenges as they arise.
