《谷物化學(xué)》是發(fā)表高質(zhì)量科學(xué)論文的國(guó)際期刊，報(bào)告了最近在大麥、玉米、小米、燕麥、大米、黑麥、高粱、麥穗、小麥等谷物的遺傳、組成、加工和利用等領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行的重要研究。豆類(lèi)（豆類(lèi)、扁豆、豌豆等）、油籽和特產(chǎn)作物（堇菜、亞麻、藜麥等）。本報(bào)告涵蓋了促進(jìn)儀器、分析和方法領(lǐng)域的研究，以及與人類(lèi)和動(dòng)物健康或營(yíng)養(yǎng)有關(guān)的谷物的利用。谷類(lèi)化學(xué)的摘要和/或索引載于：生物摘要、生物和農(nóng)業(yè)索引、化學(xué)摘要、目前的內(nèi)容、營(yíng)養(yǎng)摘要和評(píng)論、藥物摘要、科學(xué)引文索引、奶制品科學(xué)摘要、田間作物摘要、牧草摘要、植物育種摘要、回顧植物病理學(xué)，土壤和肥料，雜草提取。

Cereal Chemistry? is an international journal publishing high-quality scientific papers reporting significant, recent research in the areas of genetics, composition, processing, and utilization of grains including barley, maize, millet, oats, rice, rye, sorghum, triticale, wheat, pulses (beans, lentils, peas, etc.), oilseeds, and specialty crops (amaranth, flax, quinoa, and others). Research that advances the fields of instrumentation, analysis, and methodology are covered, as well as utilization of grains as they relate to human and animal health or nutrition.Cereal Chemistry is abstracted and/or indexed in: Biological Abstracts, Biological and Agricultural index, Chemical Abstracts, Current Contents, Nutrition Abstracts and Reviews, Excerpta Medica, Science Citation Index, Dairy Science Abstracts, Field Crop Abstracts, Herbage Abstracts, Plant Breeding Abstracts, Review of Plant Pathology, Soils and Fertilizers, Weed Abstracts.
