中文簡介

《IEEE固態(tài)電路雜志》每月都在固態(tài)電路的廣泛領域發(fā)表論文，特別強調集成電路的晶體管級設計。它還提供了電路建模、技術、系統設計、布局和與IC設計直接相關的測試等主題的覆蓋范圍。集成電路和超大規(guī)模集成電路（VLSI）是最受關注的，與離散電路設計相關的材料很少發(fā)表。強烈鼓勵進行實驗驗證。

The IEEE Journal of Solid-State Circuits publishes papers each month in the broad area of solid-state circuits with particular emphasis on transistor-level design of integrated circuits. It also provides coverage of topics such as circuits modeling, technology, systems design, layout, and testing that relate directly to IC design. Integrated circuits and VLSI are of principal interest; material related to discrete circuit design is seldom published. Experimental verification is strongly encouraged.
