《IEEE固態(tài)電路雜志》每月都在固態(tài)電路的廣泛領(lǐng)域發(fā)表論文，特別強調(diào)集成電路的晶體管級設(shè)計。它還提供了電路建模、技術(shù)、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計、布局和與IC設(shè)計直接相關(guān)的測試等主題的覆蓋范圍。集成電路和超大規(guī)模集成電路（VLSI）是最受關(guān)注的，與離散電路設(shè)計相關(guān)的材料很少發(fā)表。強烈鼓勵進行實驗驗證。

The IEEE Journal of Solid-State Circuits publishes papers each month in the broad area of solid-state circuits with particular emphasis on transistor-level design of integrated circuits. It also provides coverage of topics such as circuits modeling, technology, systems design, layout, and testing that relate directly to IC design. Integrated circuits and VLSI are of principal interest; material related to discrete circuit design is seldom published. Experimental verification is strongly encouraged.
