JAIHC的目的是提供一個高調，前沿論壇學術界、工業專家、教育工作者和政策制定者參與領域做出貢獻，傳播最具創新性的研究和發展環境智能和人性化的計算的各個方面，如智能/智能對象、環境、空間、和系統。該雜志討論各種技術、安全、個人、社會、物理、政治、藝術和經濟問題。該期刊涵蓋的研究主題包括(但不限于)：普適/普適計算和應用認知無線傳感器網絡嵌入式系統及軟件移動計算和無線通信下一代多媒體系統安全、隱私和信任服務和語義計算先進的網絡架構可靠、可靠、自主計算嵌入式智能代理語境意識，社會感知和推理多模態交互設計人體工程學和產品原型智能和自組織的交通網絡和服務衛生保健系統虛擬人&虛擬世界可穿戴傳感器和執行機構

The purpose of JAIHC is to provide a high profile, leading edge forum for academics, industrial professionals, educators and policy makers involved in the field to contribute, to disseminate the most innovative researches and developments of all aspects of ambient intelligence and humanized computing, such as intelligent/smart objects, environments/spaces, and systems.
