由愛思唯爾科學(xué)出版。ISSN: 1386 - 5056。該雜志提供了一個(gè)國際媒體，傳播有關(guān)醫(yī)學(xué)信息學(xué)領(lǐng)域的原始結(jié)果和解釋性評(píng)論。期刊范圍包括:信息系統(tǒng)，包括國家或國際注冊(cè)系統(tǒng)、醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)、科室和/或醫(yī)師辦公室系統(tǒng)、文件處理系統(tǒng)、電子病歷系統(tǒng)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化系統(tǒng)集成等;資訊科技應(yīng)用于醫(yī)療保健的組織、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、道德及成本效益;采用啟發(fā)式、算法和/或統(tǒng)計(jì)方法的計(jì)算機(jī)輔助醫(yī)療決策支持系統(tǒng)，如決策理論、協(xié)議開發(fā)、人工智能等。與醫(yī)學(xué)信息學(xué)或醫(yī)學(xué)相關(guān)的教育計(jì)算機(jī)程序的評(píng)估。重點(diǎn)是描述臨床評(píng)估系統(tǒng)。歡迎就實(shí)施或使用現(xiàn)有信息系統(tǒng)中(已解決的)問題進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)短的技術(shù)交流。此外，我們亦邀請(qǐng)讀者就屬于本雜志范圍內(nèi)的課題發(fā)表評(píng)論文章。

ISSN: 1386-5056.The Journal provides an international medium for dissemination of original results and interpretative reviews concerning the field of medical informatics.The scope of the journal covers: Information systems, including national or international registration systems, hospital information systems, departmental and/or physician's office systems, document handling systems, electronic medical record systems, standardization systems integration etc.; Organizational, economic, social, ethical and cost-benefit aspects of IT applications in health care; Computer-aided medical decision support systems using heuristic, algorithmic and/or statistical methods as exemplified in decision theory, protocol development, artificial intelligence, etc. Evaluations of educational computer based programs pertaining to medical informatics or medicine in general.The emphasis is on the description of clinically evaluated systems. Short technical communications concerning (solved) problems in implementing or using existing information systems are welcome. Review articles concerning subjects falling in the scope of the journal are also invited.
