《行為與腦科學(xué)》是一本由史蒂芬·漢納德·[1]于1978年創(chuàng)辦，由劍橋大學(xué)出版社出版的由同行評議的科學(xué)期刊。它是以《當(dāng)代人類學(xué)》雜志為模型的(該雜志由芝加哥大學(xué)人類學(xué)家索爾·稅務(wù)于1959年創(chuàng)辦)該雜志發(fā)表“目標(biāo)文章”，然后發(fā)表10至30篇或更多的同行評論和目標(biāo)文章作者的回應(yīng)。該雜志涵蓋了生物行為科學(xué)和認(rèn)知科學(xué)的所有領(lǐng)域(心理學(xué)、神經(jīng)科學(xué)、行為生物學(xué)、認(rèn)知科學(xué)、人工智能、語言學(xué)、哲學(xué))，文章由四名或四名以上的評審人員評審，具有足夠的重要性和跨學(xué)科范圍，值得公開發(fā)表同行評論。第一卷于1978年出版，每季出版一期;隨著它的流行，它在1997年改為雙月刊。

Behavioral and Brain Sciences is a peer-reviewed scientific journal of Open Peer Commentary established in 1978 by Stevan Harnad[1] and published by Cambridge University Press. It is modeled on the journal Current Anthropology (which was established in 1959 by the University of Chicago anthropologist, Sol Tax).[2][3]The journal publishes "target articles" followed by 10 to 30 or more peer commentaries and the response of the authors of the target article. The journal covers all areas of the biobehavioral and cognitive sciences (psychology, neuroscience, behavioral biology, cognitive science, artificial intelligence, linguistics, philosophy) and articles are judged by four or more referees to be of sufficient importance and interdisciplinary scope to merit Open Peer Commentary. Volume 1 appeared in 1978 and issues appeared quarterly; as its popularity grew it switched to a bimonthly schedule in 1997.
