Petroleum Science and Technology serves as a forum for the science and technology of petroleum by publishing articles that explore the scientific and processing aspects of petroleum.We are keen to support authors with research that looks at the character, properties, science, and processing of:Heavy oil processingTar sand and tar sand bitumen technologyBitumen science and technologyAsphalt - especially the production and properties with a focus on how the properties affect asphalt performance We also publish original research and review articles that address the environmental aspects of petroleum recovery, petroleum refining, and petroleum use.All submissions go through our single-blind peer review process, you can visit our Instructions for Authors page for information on preparing your manuscript.
