ACM Transactions on Modeling and Computer Simulation (TOMACS)為發布高質量的研究和開發成果提供了一個單一的檔案來源，涉及建模和仿真生命周期的所有階段。重點研究離散事件仿真、離散與連續相結合仿真以及蒙特卡羅方法。仿真技術的使用非常普遍，幾乎擴展到所有的科學領域。TOMACS有助于提高對計算機仿真的認識，提高實踐，提高計算機仿真的利用率。提交的文件應有助于實現這些目標，處理申請的文件應強調它們對這些目標的貢獻。

The ACM Transactions on Modeling and Computer Simulation (TOMACS) provides a single archival source for the publication of high-quality research and developmental results referring to all phases of the modeling and simulation life cycle. The subjects of emphasis are discrete event simulation, combined discrete and continuous simulation, as well as Monte Carlo methods.The use of simulation techniques is pervasive, extending to virtually all the sciences. TOMACS serves to enhance the understanding, improve the practice, and increase the utilization of computer simulation. Submissions should contribute to the realization of these objectives, and papers treating applications should stress their contributions vis-á-vis these objectives.
