Uniquely positioned within its field, Gut Pathogens encompasses the full breadth of research into the biology and medicine of pathogens, commensals and functional microbiota of the gut, including probiotic bacteria and yeasts and their products. Committed to the rapid dissemination of research, we cover topics ranging from the microbial etiology of gut ailments, to treatment and drug resistance mechanisms, and encourage the submission of timely reports on novel aspects of genomics, metagenomics, microbiota profiling, and systems biology.
