國(guó)際地質(zhì)碳是一家專業(yè)學(xué)術(shù)期刊，服務(wù)于全球遙感、地理信息系統(tǒng)、地球科學(xué)和環(huán)境科學(xué)領(lǐng)域的科學(xué)和用戶群體。該軸頸設(shè)計(jì)為：促進(jìn)遙感和地理信息系統(tǒng)在地球科學(xué)和環(huán)境科學(xué)中的多學(xué)科研究和應(yīng)用；加強(qiáng)國(guó)際間關(guān)于遙感、地理信息系統(tǒng)及相關(guān)學(xué)科領(lǐng)域新發(fā)展和應(yīng)用的信息交流；培養(yǎng)對(duì)遙感和地理信息系統(tǒng)技術(shù)的科學(xué)和應(yīng)用的興趣和理解；鼓勵(lì)世界科學(xué)界及時(shí)發(fā)表關(guān)于遙感和地理信息系統(tǒng)在地球科學(xué)和環(huán)境科學(xué)中的應(yīng)用的論文和研究成果。期刊歡迎以下方面的貢獻(xiàn)：關(guān)于遙感的新發(fā)展、技術(shù)和應(yīng)用的精確、有插圖的論文；遙感、地理科學(xué)及相關(guān)學(xué)科研究成果；關(guān)于這些領(lǐng)域的新的和創(chuàng)新的應(yīng)用和項(xiàng)目的報(bào)告；以及評(píng)估和評(píng)價(jià)新的遙感和地理信息系統(tǒng)設(shè)備、軟件和硬件。

Geocarto International is a professional academic journal serving the world-wide scientific and user community in the fields of remote sensing, GIS, geoscience and environmental sciences. The journal is designed:To promote multidisciplinary research in and application of remote sensing and GIS in geosciences and environmental sciences;To enhance international exchange of information on new developments and applications in the field of remote sensing and GIS and related disciplines;To foster interest in and understanding of science and applications on remote sensing and GIS technologies; andTo encourage the publication of timely papers and research results on remote sensing and GIS applications in geosciences and environmental sciences from the world-wide science community.The journal welcomes contributions on the following:Precise, illustrated papers on new developments, technologies and applications of remote sensing;Research results in remote sensing, GISciences and related disciplines;Reports on new and innovative applications and projects in these areas; andAssessment and evaluation of new remote sensing and GIS equipment, software and hardware.
